Page 34 Concept

I tried to make this static scene a little more interesting by changing the perspective to be upwards looking. When I look at the drawing as a small thumbnail, I can see that I have some work to do! Betty looks almost okay, but Tuca isn’t elongated enough. If the perspective were as I want it to be, the two would appear to be leaning in toward each other. I’ll fix that tomorrow.

I had my yearly medical checkup today. At 7am I drove to Medford for my appointments. My dermatologist zapped a half dozen precancerous growths on my head and face with his dandy liquid nitrogen spray and pronounced all of the other spots, bumps, and growths to be benign.

Next up I went for my yearly checkup with my internal medicine guy. My cholesterol is awesome and my blood work has improved. On the drive home from Medford I felt relieved. Too many times I’ve gone for my annual and received bad news. Today was a good day.
