/Did some basic flatting today. I’m not happy with Dylan Dolphin’s pudgy belly but otherwise, I’m pleased with this composition.

Today’s inch of progress was to get the cliff painted and then to sketch and flat the characters climbing to the top. Flatting the colors is an intermediate step in coloring the comic; they are not the final colors. I’ll finish the page tomorrow and keep moving on.
I’m still working on drawing stone. I need a lot more practice.
